Maybe it could work? - The English version of this app has English words, but it ain't easy! There is no help or preferences. It's a "one trick pony". Circular stamp lets you add text to the top and the bottom of the stamp. The date has the year, followed by the month and then the day. You can use any font and any size, but there's really not much room to say much—maybe "Thanks", "PAID" "IOU", "FPO", "LUV", or "lol". You might want to use a dingbat or a picture font. You do get the option of either a single or a double circle and the size of the stamp can be as large as a whole Canadian quarter, but that's about it. Drag and drop it into TextEdit or in Excel (as the App Store page shows it). I haven't tried it in any other application or doc. yet. The sad thing is that it could have been a much nicer application. It could have been a richer collection of customized seals and stamps.
