Great Buy! - If you spend $80 on Aperture then spending a mere $6 for this app is a steal! It is extremely helpful and my Aperture library went from chaos to emaculate just after watching the first few videos. I struggled trying to organize my photos not knowing all the ins and outs to the program. This app teaches you those ins and outs so I can actually use Aperture to its full potential now.
Can't Learn - I just bought this app hoping to fine tune my skills in Aperture. Once installed I began viewing the video, after 5 minutes or so, the program crashed and I have not been able to get it to come up, it goes into the "quit unexpectedly" mode. I re-started my Mac with the same result, I either need help to get this running (preferred) or a refund please.

Awesomeness!! - If you are new to apperture get this app you won't regret it.
Great Help - After a great deal of reading and watching many Aperture tutorials, I find that THeMACU Aperture edition serves me as a wonderful review when I need a quick tutorial about something I forgot how to do. It is easy to navigate and has excellent graphics. However, after a few uses, the App crashed and it became useless. However, I took advantage of the App's tech support and received excellent help. In less that 24 hours, I was able to correct the problem easily and regained full use of this program. I highly recommend this to all Aperture users.
Wish I would have had this years ago. - After a couple of years of playing with Aperture on my own I wondered if I was getting all thati could out of it. I got really excited when I saw Apple has a training class. Alas, its only offered in Philly, D.C. and Irvine, CA. I googled Aperture classes and BAM MAC U! I don’t know if its as in depth as the Apple training would have been, but I can take these “classes” in my Pajamas so there is that! So far I have only gone through the organizing courses and my picture library is now the envy of anyone fortunate enough to gaze upon it’s glory. I’m looking forward to seeing what I get out of the editing portion. After that I am going to check on what other goodies Mac U offers. I have had zero crashes\troubles so far. I would (and did) recommend this “Class” to anyone interested in Aperture.
Excellent course - My husband highly recommended I use Aperture for my photo database software, he's been using it for nearly a year and loves it. I purchased the software and noticed this tutorial and thought there might be a couple of useful tip and tricks, so I purchased this too. I was hoping to lessen the learning curve for a new software program. I wasn't expecting a full how-to course. My husband has spent most of the day sitting right beside me watching the lessons and he learned just as much as I did! I would highly recommend that new Aperture users watch this before getting started. Excellent course.
Ah-Ha! - I have had Aperture for a while now and have spent time making my way through the learning process with a Kindle-based manual. While it was helpful, I never made it through to the end. Enter Mac U’s video tutorial. This video tutorial made Aperture come alive for me. I toggled through the tutorial and the app itself to get hands-on as I progressed through the tutorial. Highly recommended.
