Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality. As the story unfolds, Gris will grow emotionally and see her world in a different way, revealing new paths to explore using her new abilities.

GRIS is a serene and evocative experience, free of danger, frustration or death. Players will explore a meticulously designed world brought to life with delicate art, detailed animation, and an elegant original score. Through the game light puzzles, platforming sequences, and optional skill-based challenges will reveal themselves as more of Gris’s world becomes accessible.

Gorgeous - This game is exceptionally beautiful. So beautiful that I didn't even mind how my lack of coordination made timing the jumps harder than it should of been. Most won't have any troubles, but it's not so simple as to be boring. Worth playing.

Very disappointed - I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this. I was so enchanted by the images. But I can't play it on my iMac (although it is "compatible"), as I don't have the hardware to play it. I have a trackpad, mouse, and wacom tablet. So very sad. And there is no way to reach the developers, which feels like a ripoff. I can't afford to waste my money, and I just did. I'm very unhappy.

Beautiful game - Beautiful game, but betrays its console origins a little too much. You begin in a flat landscape, with only the ability to walk left or right and collapse to your knees. If you walk left, you're blocked by some steps and it feels like the controls are non-functional. If you walk right, though, you eventually get through some fog and the gameplay begins in earnest with the spacebar converting from a "kneel" button to a "jump" button. Overall, really beautiful and fun (although I'm still in the early stages) but I'm taking off a star because I still haven't found how or if it's possible to remap keys (I'm lefthanded and WASD is a PITA) and even how to quit the game withoug force-quitting it.

CAN'T RUN ON MAC PRO - There seem to be a lot of apps that don't run on this platform. This is my second waste of money. The mouse disappears and you get to watch what seems like hours of credits then nothing.

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL - Between the music, the artistry and the back story (silently told) this game will actually bring a tear to your eye. I am glad I spent the money on this. I actually deal with depression and this shed so much light on how I am thinking. I had some issues here and there through out the game and was easily frustrated but it was so worth it in the end! JUST TRUELY INCREADIBLE!

Does not work - Does not work on my iMac. If you use any Mac, it may not work for you. Why is this even in the App Store? Nomada Studios, the developer, offers no support whatsoever.
