- Before you can control your camera(s) remotely over data networks, you need to setup your router to allow incoming traffic. For security reasons, routers don't normally allow external traffic into your local network. You should read your camera’s setup manual regarding port forwarding. For more information, please see www.portforward.com or www.dyndns.org
- The quality of video display(s) shown on your device may vary according the quality of the camera(s) and the data received from them.
- Simultaneously continuous capturing videos by maximum motion detection enabled may cause increased video frame and audio delays.

GREAT - Easy to set up, does EXACTLY what it said it would do and reasonably priced. A great single source interface for all of my IP cameras at both work and home. I don’t know what issues the person had with Foscam set up, but all of my IP cameras are Foscam and I had no issues setting this app up in about 10 minutes flat. But… then again all of my cameras came from a local surplus/returns dealer where people failed to set the cameras up properly and returned them to various retailers as defective. I have 10 Foscam cameras and all ten purchased at 75% less then retail. People just don’t read instructions well or do any Googling when they hit a wall.
Not a good app for a Foscam camera - This app doesn't support the Foscam FI9820W very well. Audio doesn't work. Pan/tilt presets don't work. HD video does not work. IR mode toggle does not work. Brightness/contrast settings do not work. Pan/tilt works now in this version at least. But if you bought a Foscam FI92820W for the HD video, then this is not the app for you. Just use a web browser instead. For users of ANY camera: This app will disable your screen saver while it's running. There is no setting to stop that. This app caused damage to my iMac screen before I finally figured out which app was preventing my screen saver from activating.

Completely useless — does not work - Does not function with my Foscam C1 which is listed as supported. Gives nothing but network errors. There is no wizard or setup at all — simply manual plugging in of poorly documented numbers to setup the camera. Other apps can see my C1 just fine however this program simply outputs network errors. No support what so ever — the support link just goes to their website which is worthless and just says to contact them via email on the app store. Well, there isn’t one. So you cannot. As far as I can tell most of the reviews must be from the app developer themselves. This is a scam app. Already requested refund from Apple. Highly recommend avoiding.
Works Great - After trying other solutions I found this app does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have dozens of security cameras (various models of indoor and outdoor, with varying features such as pan/zoom and/or two-way audio). Several cameras are at remote locations. This app interacts with all of them nicely. Take your time setting up your cameras. Follow the camera instructions for updating firmware and setting new secure passwords. Follow your internet router instructions for port forwarding or UPnP if you need access from outside your LAN. Using a dynamic DNS service can be helpful. Make sure your Mac firewall and other settings permit this app to work properly. As with most reasonably powerful apps, there are non-trivial settings. I find that taking enough time to read and follow directions helps. By the way, I read one review that seems to suggest that positive reviews of this app are being written by people associated with the app publisher. I my case, at least, I have no assocation with the publisher of this app other than being another happy customer.
Great app. The best in the app Store. - I have been using this app for about a year now. I am very happy with it. As with any thype of camera application, the connectivity depends on the internet and the camera connected. I am very happy with the way the app works, the interface and almost everything. Every update makes the app better which is great. The only problem is bulk management on recording data of multiple cameras. It needs a little work, but this app is superb! Recommended from a guy who wasted a lot of money on WiFi cam apps and finally found a good one.
Update to the Update Makes it Better - The update to the update certainly made this better for me. Thank you for fixing the long loading time.
Doesn’t work. Kicks back network error all the time - My cameras work fine on Safari web browser but transfer the exact same coordinates to the app and I just get “network error (105)” and nothing else. Doesn’t matter what I do or which settings I change, always the same result. There’s no support or help non the support page either. :-(
