If so, this app is for you. sdTime is designed to allow you to see what time it is in various time zones using names that are meaningful to you. It is designed to be compact, allows you see what time it is in the various timezones from a list defined by you. It is designed to balance the display space with readability.

Does what I needed, planning list excellent - As I will be traveling and making appointments with people in various countries and time zones, from various countries and time zones, this works very well for me. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the initial setup was a bit confusing and took quite a while to set up. I would also prefer an option for using a menu bar toggle instead of the dock icon. I'd also like to have one column for am/pm and one with a 24-hour clock so I could use both at a glance. You have to give each time a person name for it to be added to the list. It is best to delete the groups that are given as samples and start fresh, naming each zone as you add it. Then you can move the zones into the order you like. Once I set up a regular list, it also worked for the planning list. Now, hopefully, I won't make mistakes when planning appointments from and to half way around the world.

international time app-very basic - The app isn't very user friendly in terms of directions; no directions appear when you start telling you how to work it. Fortunately, once I opened preferences, it only took a few minutes to figure out. I deleted the groups that were there, just left one personal group, then deleted the people that were there, and put in my own time groups from the bottom box. If you leave the "planning" box open it shows a list of all your times, and leaves one analog clock open at a time. It should have more clear directions, and should automatically leave all the clocks you've chosen open, and should give a choice of digital or analog. However, once I spent a few minutes setting it up, it filled a basic need. This one is ok for my mac, but there are better ones for ipad and iphone.

Good non-bloat-ware - Five stars: Says what it does, does what it says, and works with only the features you need. Priced massively lower than similiar apps in the store. Minus one star: UI does not conform well to OSX standards. There’s not really any instructions and since it isn’t very standard you’re kind of left guessing how to use it. But that only costs one star because it’s not complex and you will get it working. Equals four stars.

User-Interface Is Not-Intuitive - Good idea. There is need for this. However, the user interface is not intuitive. It takes too much time to figure out how it works and there are no YouTube tutorial manuals to speed the process up. If you have to read a manual to figure out something as simple as how to add a team member, that doesn’t make anyone smile.
