"A Mac App Store Gem. Every once and awhile I come across an app that hits my sweet spot. I do a lot of presentations which involves Keynote. But I cannot count the times I was given last minute material to cover in pdf format. Usually there is not enough time to move everything to Keynote properly. The old way was to print the pdf and distribute to my audience and hope that I can keep everyone on the same page as we went along. Not any more. This apps simplicity is it's beauty. I simply open the pdf file in pdfShow then hit slideshow. Everything on my projector." -- Matt NY

Handy tool to have in the presentation tool box. - This app does one thing really well for me. It takes my pdf documents and gracefully presents them on my projector for my class to see as well as a window on my desktop with the same content. I wish Preview had this function. As a school teacher I have accumulated a lot of pdf documents that i use in my curriculum. As I have began the transition from traditional overhead transparencies to digital media I have had to move and create slides to powerpoint from pdf. But having so many pdf documents, it is almost impossible to get them all over to powerpoint. With this application I no longer need to move the slides into powerpoint. I simply open the documents in pdfShow and the slide show shows on my external projector. So far I have used this app everyday. This app does not manipulate or create pdf documents. It simply makes displaying pdf documents to my external projector easy. My only wish is that it was able to be controlled by the apple remote not just the arrow keys. I contacted the developer and was told this will be in an upcoming update.

Very unintuitive, Apple Preview is better than this - I bought this assuming it would be more than a simple "picture viewer", but I was quite wrong. Lacks zooming, lacks any control other than arrow keys. Waste of money, trying to figure out how to get a refund.

Very well used app. Got me out of a pinch - This is pretty much a single purpose app that does what it does very well. I definitly got my money out of this app the first time I used it. Had to pinch hit for someone who did not show for a meeting/presentation. Did not have slides so I used this app to display the meeting pdf documents and gave a desent presentation.

No landscape - Seems to work well for its intended use with the exception that there does not appear to be any provision for landscape orientation. That is a deal breaker for me since most of my presentations use landscape mode.
