Works Great - Upgrade Prompt Annoying and to expensive. - I really like this app. I would consider upgrading to the paid desktop app but $9.99 is to much. From what I can see, the paid version doesn’t have any additional features and only eliminates the annoying pop up add to buy the paid version. If the desktop app was more reasonably priced I would buy it despite having no additional features. I have the IOS version of MyTuner and upgraded to the paid version ($2.99) because it was reasonably priced. That works great too!
It’s all in the details... - Does what it is supposed to do and has many stations available. However, pop ups keep interrupting whatever work you are doing iand it gets annoying...

Great App BUT - I like this app a lot but it needs a greater database of stations. With the paid version, I believe, users get to suggest stations to be added. I don’t relish this process. Also, I think it would be great if the app (like Tunein) have links to the stations websites so listeners could gather more information, such as schedules, etc. Another suggestion would be to have the RDS feed scroll across the app for a particular FM station (with program information). My suggestion would be to add them to the “paid” version so there would be a greater reason to upgrade.
On/off bottom - The app and the latest update are great, but I think you should add on/off bottom to close and minize the app without quit the app
myTuner Radio is a MUST HAVE APP! - I live in a very rural area whereradio reception is spotty. On a good day, I have a disappointingly small group of options on the FM dial (and the AM options aren’t much better). MyTuner Radio has solved my problems. I can now listen in my office to constant streaming radio. Where Pandora or other streaming music websites would constantly buffer and load, myTuner is a nice, continuous feed. And now I have options! I haven’t found a station that I wanted to listen to that WASN’T available on myTuner Radio. CONS: the version on my iphone does occasionally pop up ads. Is this a problem for me? NO - It’s a free app! That’s how this works. I’m hooked.
Constant, POP UP - Every 30 +- minutes this thing pops up a huge gray screen urging you to pay the $10 fee for the pro version. A) I donʻt listen to 30,000 radio stations. B) I listen to ONE. They say they have a FREE version, but its obvious that they REALLY want you to pay. So, why not just eliminate the Free version altogether. Its a PITA to have to keep closing that stupid pop up in order to continue working!! I would give this a negative 5 stars if that were available. There are OTHER solutions.
Good, but - The app works perfectly and I recommend it. The problem is that an add comes up constantly asking you to upgrade. Acutally I did upgrade, but the upgrade didn't work. I wrote to the company and they suggested that I go back to the free app. So I did. But I wish they'd cut off the adds when the upgrade version doesn't work. Otherwise, I use it regularly and try to ignore the upgrade messages. I refuse to upgrade twice.
