☆ One of the highest rated apps on the Mac App Store! ☆

iProcrastinate for Mac is a simple, yet powerful task management application that syncs wirelessly with iProcrastinate on your iPhone, or over the internet via Dropbox.

(The iPhone version of iProcrastinate is available on the iOS App Store.)

iProcrastinate is the ideal task manager for anyone who doesn't want their todo list to get in the way of actually getting things done! Great for anyone who is looking for a mobile, easy-to-use task manager. (Not just for students!) Add birthdays, soccer practice and conference calls, all without missing a beat.

Use a redesigned Calendar to help manage large numbers of upcoming or recently completed Tasks.

"Star" Tasks you want to keep handy, and then view them instantly in the "Starred" Group. Additional Groups can be enabled/disabled by right-clicking in the Subjects area.

Create Tasks that occur once, or that repeat based on a specific pattern. (Daily, every Second Thursday, etc.) Create a high-priority Task for your Chemistry project that's due tomorrow, or a low-priority Task for your workout that repeats every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

Break complex Tasks down into Steps for step-by-step tracking of your Task's progress!

Relate files on your hard drive to specific Tasks. Helpful when keeping track of multiple documents for a class report or project.

I'm always looking for suggestions and feedback. Don't hesitate to email me if you have questions!

(To sync between devices, those devices must be on the same wireless network.)

JUST DATE, NO TIME - The due date tool is extremely useful, except you can’t choose the actually hour/minute something is due, would be a huge boost to this application. [I tried looking for it, if its hidden somewhere someone answer it in the FAQ]

Highly Recommended + Suggestions - This is a really, really good app for someone like me who needs to write down all my tasks and goals. This app has truly been a lifesaver for me, I use it almost every day. There are a couple of things that I think would make great additions to this app. First, I often wish I had the option to not specify a due date. I often add things that I want to do that don’t really have a due date and I just want them to be Upcoming, never Due Today or Overdue. This would be a really helpful feature. Another thing that would be helpful would be if there was a way to have a Notes pane over where the Steps and Files panes are. Many times, I want to leave myself notes about my projects, but they end up being too long for the Notes section of a task. Another cool thing to include would be the ability for word-wrapping on steps so that the text moves to the next line instead of being obscured. Anyways, this is a great app, despite the additions that would be nice. I really enjoy it, and it helps me plan out my projects easily.

Love this more than Wunderlist - I love this for keeping track of homework assignments, tests, and more for school, and also have found it equally helpful for work tasks—for me it functions best as an electronic planner I can keep on my laptop. I had deleted this app hoping for greener pastures in Wunderlist but I just didn’t like the set up/format, so I’m back with iProcrastinate and could not be happier.

Can’t live without this app! - I wish I found out about this app while I was in high school. One of my college friends recommended it to me. This app keeps me on track. It’s simple and organized, no glitches, nice and simple design, etc.

Literally saved me in college!! - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :D I was having a hard time keeping up with EVERYTHING that college life demands as a Pre-Med Honors student, and some things accidentally got forgotten in the midst of academics, extracurriculars, and social life, to the point that quite a few things started to fall through… I tried writing them down in an agenda book (assignment book, whatever you want to call it), and it failed.. I would forget to write things down, or I would forget to look at it in general.. HOWEVER, having this app on my iMac made everything SUPER EASY! :D I love it, and it was perfectly placed where I do all my research all the time.. Things just take a few clicks, and it’s super easy to organize, so if I suddenly remembered I forgot to add something to my schedule, I could take a few seconds to add it to this app, and I wouldn’t forget it later when it mattered.. ANOTHER AWESOME THING: It has a folder available of only things due the NEXT DAY, so you can take things one day at a time if you’re super packed and get overwhelmed pretty easily like me.. That, my friends, was probably the BEST part :) I thank God this app was created and it’s totally a blessing that a friend showed it to me.. Has saved my rear-end a few times.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :D
