A timeline again! - iMedia Editor finaly brings back a timeline to video editing in OS X. The layout and user experience reminds me of iMovie 6. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there are a number of quirks in the software, especially with relation to separate audio channels, and the lack of sophisticated features like video speed and color correction. Although more sophisticated than iMovie 7+, the software is just not yet up to par with iMovie 6 or Final Cut Express. I'm looking forward to future releases that will bring this product closer to a true lightweight alternative to Final Cut.

Please remove this software from the App Store - This is an expensive piece of software that continuously crashes. I went to the internet looking for a solution, and found a bunch of people with the same problem. Do not purchase this app, it is really bad.

Crashes On Import, El Capitan! - I just purchased this app based on some of the reviews. The interface looks wonderful. But the instant I try to import a single .mov, .jpg, or .mp3 file, the app quits. I have tried a dozen times, in a dozen different ways, same result. The detail I which should have alerted me is that the app hasn’t been updated since 2013. I will be requesting my money back.
