Most Helpful Reviews
I highly recommend eWallet Go - I have actually used both eWallet and eWallet Go for several years now, and I have to say I like eWallet Go better. It is less complicated and I seem to occasionally have problems with eWallet, such as right now I can't open the desktop version of it. The eWallet Go is on my iPhone, my iPad, and my Macbook Pro. I keep the data file saved in my Google Docs and also occasionally save a backup copy into Dropbox and also occasionally email a copy of the backup to myself. The important thing to remember with eWallet Go is that whenever you first open it up on any of your devices, do a sync before you make any changes, and then if you make any changes, do a sync again when you close it. That way the main data file (mine is on Google Docs) will always have the most current updates from all of your devices. This may sound confusing, but it is not and I have actually had more problems losing data due to syncs with the regular version of eWallet and have never lost any data with eWallet Go. Another perk is a husband and wife can share the same data file and both share their password infomation using their own devices. My only comment about eWallet Go is that it inserts a colored box to the left of each folder name on the main menu, and I have no way to get rid of those boxes. They are useless and just take up space.
Where is the sync button or autosync feature - So you are telling me the iphone app autosyncs, but when using this app you need to manually restore, type your password in AGAIN, make your change, then manually backup? What a bunch of crap. I am a software developer myself, and I must say this is a half-a** job. Fix it and I will gladly change my review to 5 stars.
