Simple and quick - It's so easy to create a ringtone from any part of your favorite song, play the clip until you're satisfied, then click the button on the bottom right and it's done! For the reviewer who couldn't find his ringtones, I found the way: First, note what the output folder is. By default it's in the "user/Music/Xilisoft Ringtone Maker folder. To use your ringtone, open iTune, click on "File"-> "Add file to library", navigate to that folder and choose the ringtones you just made. They will appear in your ringtones tab in your iTune, and you can synchronize to your iPhone. I hope it works for you.

OK - I just use this to fade the beginning and end of a clip. I use iTunes to clip the portion of the song that I want since this program wasn't always getting the right part. Overall this works fine. I also don't know why this needs to connect to the internet/back to the server.
