Doesn - Just crashes after opening, both on its own (launch the app, shows a box asking you to buy the full version once you dismiss it a few seconds later it just crashes), also when trying to open a file with the app (right click a .epub file select open with and choose this app, it shows the cover of the book then just crashes. Running on a 15 in early 2011 MacBook Pro with 8 gigs of ram and on a dual monitor setup (behind a matrox dual head to go box, 3840 x 1200 screen res) on Lion 10.7.3
Junk Application - The application opened and there was nothing to do, no menu items that were helpful, I wanted to load or open a book into the app -- nothing indicated I could do that, nothing indicated any way to do that. The only item at the menu bar was the name of the app and the usual "about" and "Preferences" but that was empty. There was a slider bar at the bottom and I slid it about 1/4 of the way. The color wheel of death came up, and the app was frozen, had to be force quit. It's a piece of junk, not even a help menu item. My intention was to try out the free version and then go to the full version if it was a good start. It wasn't. The company (and Apple) lost $20 because I won't buy it.
It Does just what it says. - Converts .txt files and looks great. Going to try the full version now
