Keep Track of your WorkDay! Every few seconds this App takes a screenshot and also a picture with the built-in camera. So you can see what you did during the day and how much you enjoyed it (or not really).
It also keeps track of the current App that is running in the foreground.
At any time you can go back and see what happened.
If you wish you also export a video of your WorkDay, to keep track of your Work.
- Faster export of video files

Worth $5 to me! - I was looking for some time tracking software and I looked through everything the app store had to offer. I finally decided on this one because it records not only your screen shots but will also take a picture if you want it to. I captures info every 1-60 seconds, which seems like a lot, but you can watch your day almost like a movie and see literally everything you did and where you were when you did it. You may also find out that you make odd faces while working. Mine looks like this }:-| (Intense concentration). So yes, I do recommend this software whole-heartedly!

Works fantastic for my needs - I'm using it to keep track of my time. I've used time tracking apps in the past but often forget to start them and have to "guestimate" when I began working on a project. With WorkDay I can always scrollback and see when I began working, or when I took that break and walked away from the computer. My only issue is that it doesn't record my second monitor if I'm working on my external display. Aside from that it works great!
Great software, my workflow and important feature request. - I love this software. I have been using it as a backup to OfficeTime. My OfficeTime database became corrupt and WorkDay served as a great tool for helping me review my time and recreate my lost time slips. My computer recently unexpectedly quit and lost my work. Worktime was able to show me exactly what my document looked like before my machine crashed. As a workflow, I like to convert my screenshots to a Quicktime video and and then import them into Screenflow. I then scrub through a day's video and split it into individual pieces containing work I performed for throughout the day. I do this because I plan on watching the videos again anyway and creating the video segments is as easy as pressing “T” when the scrubber comes to a new activity that I performed. In addition, I can name each segment that I create to easiy remember what took place within a video segment and the scrubber snaps to the beginning and ending of each segmetn as well. It’s a real life saver. The important feature request is to provide a “quick” method of selecting and removing old screenshots from the computer. Eventually, screenshots fill up the internal hard drive leaving you to wonder why the computer shows that it is full and unable to function. Apple doesn’t do a very good job of tellling you that it is the screenshots that are choking filling the computer. Also, I agree with NickShp. It would be nice if WorkDay could use mouse location to detect the screen that I am working on. Great software. Thanks.
