Using your keyboard and the shortcut ALT+TAB you will be more efficient in selecting the window you want.

In order to be able to use WindowSwitcher you must enable access for assistive devices. To do so, open-up System Preferences section Universal Access and check the box “Enable access for assistive devices”

Here's a free shortcut that does the same thing - Try using Command + ` (next to the "1" key) to toggle between open MS Word docs. Don't spend the money on this. You get the same functionality, at least in Word, for free!
