Horrible - very frustrating. Not much support - Followed all of the online "knowledge based support" which is very sparse. Never could get this to work properly. Tried it 9 times in a row and it worked once. Then, never could get it to work properly again. Very frustrating. Had to buy another program in addition to this to get the job done. Bummer!!!

Doesn't optimize at all - 0 Bytes compressed - Absolute garbage. After 5 minutes of optimizing files that needed to be compressed - it saved 0 bytes. Not worth the disk space.
