The best Weather App for the Mac Menubar. - I had been using WeatherDock for my weather info in the OS X menubar. I was a really great app. Last week, changed their feed, and WeatherDock and a few other weather apps no longer worked. The developer of WeatherDock had made the decision to not support the app, it WAS a free app. So, my search started for a usable weather app for the menubar. After trying a few, I found this one, WeatherMan. I tried the lite version first and was totally impressed. This weather app really includes a ton of useful data, and custom configuration, way more than WeatherDock. A few days later, I went to install this on another Mac I own, and was more than delighted to find out there was no restriction to the amount of computers I own having this installed from a single purchase. After I installed the app, I started adding cities, and ran into some problems. I emailed the developer, and he replied almost immediately! OK, I'm impressed! We had some email conversation where he was genuinely interested in the issue I was seeing. It turns out, the problem I was having was not with WeatherMan, but some issue that running repair preferences, and maintenance scripts for the OS, and a subsequent restart of the computer fixed. I too am a developer, and I really appreciate this kind of service..... it shows the developer is in it for the long haul and truly cares about his customers getting quality from his work. Bravo, I highly recommend WeatherMan!

App doesn't work - Installed the app and it does not work. I am running 10.7.2. All I get is a fatal error window and the weather for Muskegon MI. None of the menu items will work. Went to support, got a few suggestions of which none helped. I would not recommend downloading this!

Very Nice WX App - It took me a couple hours of careful searching through the Mac App Store for a suitable weather forecast app and THIS IS THE ONE! I wanted one without bloat like prety pictures of scenery and wallpapers. I was looking for a tight, clean interface for the current observations and short the term weather, but one that'd also let me dig in for lots of detail... I especially needed a long term forecast. WeatherMan does all that and much more. Since I use a cellular data network for Internet access, I also appreciate that it uses relatively low bandwidth. One thing I'd appreciate seeing in a future release is the ability to disable radar map downloads when other data is updated to save on even more data. This app runs perfectly on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro laptop using MacOS Sierra.

Incorrect information and no support - I do have the paid version of this app and have tried and tried to like it, but…. have tried several times to get support through the website with never an answer. The app shows incorrect time, no matter which city and, now, primarily shows Celsius instead of Fahrenheit… for the United States! I totally give up.

Been using Weatherman for 15 years now. - Love the application. However a issue just popped up about 4 days ago, The Weather Underground Radar will not show and I have tried many cities in many states. It worked great just 4 days ago. Tried it on 5 macs all with same issue. I hope it's still being supported as it works even in Sierra.

Not for 10.6.8 - Neither this version, 2.7.1 nor its predecessor 2.7 would launch when I tried to upgrade my older version 2.6.1 on my Intel mac running OS 10.6.8. I have received no responses from the developer despite several inquiries. Dean, where are you?
