The needed viewer for 'Windows to Mac' users - I switched from Windows to Mac, and it is silly that there is no image viewer that comes with Mac that can scroll through the images like a flip book. There is the option to press spacebar and scroll through in Finder, but that will not enable the user to scroll through the images in the right order. I previoulsy used Tovi, but I had problems with that viewer. ViewPic, on the other hand, has a very clean and simple interface that can do just that simple job I was looking for. It also comes with other features, but they don’t overcrowed the product. After my purchase, there was some confusion about not being able to scroll though my images. I contacted support to see what was going on, and I was explained the problem, and it was fixed. It had to do with Mac’s security settings. The staff was very friendly. I say this is a recommended product. I hope more files become compatible.

I really like this app BUT.... - But the setting to "open all images in same folder automatically" isn't working. Also it doesn't let you swipe to the next photo with the trackpad or does it let you slide from side to side the bottom thumbnails with the trackpad. And would be nice to have a slideshow option. Soon as you fix these issues I'll be the first to give you five stars :)

Better but could be better yet - I’m using the app to browse photos downloaded from my camera because it’s much quicker viewing than to open them all in Photoshop. I especiall like that I can click on the pic I’m viewing and drag it to the photoshop icon for further editing. I’d really like to see info like ISO, Shutter Speed, F Stop, Pixel Dimensions and file size in a panel on the side of below or in the margin somewhere.

A good image tool but could use one more feature - This is a good image tool. It allows one to do the basics when managing images. Only one thing missing in my opinion and that would be a option to “move” photos to other folders/disks.

Great way to view pics like Windows does! - Like others who have reviewed this app, I wanted a way to view a group of photos easily, like I do in Windows. ViewPic does just that. It does exactly what it should and it has some editing features incorporated into it, if that is important to you. I use Lightroon and Photoshop for such things, but I could see how the tools would be handy.
