Tomato is a Pomodoro timer for OS X. With Tomato you can easily manage your tasks and time them in a Pomodoro-like fashion.

Adhering to the 25/5 minute cycle is key when using the Pomodoro technique. Tomato supports you by sitting in your status bar and timing the Pomodoro unobtrusively.
You can optionally display a floating timer window if there is not enough space in your menu bar for the timer.

When the Pomodoro ends and it is time for a refreshing break, Tomato will notify you.

- Flawless Task Management
Manage your tasks in one simple dialog. Select and time them directly from the status bar.

- Easy Interruption Recording
Record internal and external interruptions from within any application with global hotkeys.

- Optional Audio
Get a ticking sound during the Pomodoro and audible notifications at the end, if you like.

- Good Looking Notifications
Get notified when your Pomodoro ends.
A notification is sent to the Notification Center.

Release Notes:

Replaces interruption shortcuts for compatibility with VoiceOver.

Great App for doing Pomodoro - I had some problems with using this app so I sent an email to the developer and found all the problems were my misuse of the app. I did not see the plus sign to add a new project. Works well and great support! Thanks!

Does not save as pomodoros are created - I was halfway into my fourth pomodoro of ten. I had 2 interruptions logged. There was a power outage. Guess how much of my progress was saved? NONE. I cannot edit the "completed" pomodoros or the interruptions. As far as this app is concerned, I did nothing. I would have understood if the pomodoro in progress had not been saved. But absolutely nothing was saved. Terrible, I want my money back.
