ken - Five thumbs up on this program. It works better than described. If you are tired of junk offers try this out you will not be sorry. The program to me is amazing and as fast as any or faster at scanning and noting problems and fixing is easy as hitting the delete button. Brovo a application that lives up to is commitment. More than a happy and satisified customer.
developer got my review deleted? - i wrote a pretty long review and it seems that the developer reported it and got it removed. shady much? please answer my emails about how your app has not scanned my machine. i can send video. i’m on macOS Sierra 10.12.3 on a MacBook 12 inch early 2015 retina. instead of having a scan that doesn’t scan and asking me for a review after every scan, please help me as i’ve spent $9.99 to get nothing but “please rate my app” after every failed scan.

NOT THAT GREAT, here is WHY - My Mac started to exhibit weird behavior. I knew something was wrong. So I piad 9 bucks, scan found adware and malware. Removed it. Problem persisted. Recall I had Symantec Endpoint Protection and ran that. Found the Trojan and virus that Thor was not able to find. 2nd, why cant it protect it or prevent it from getting back on the computer similar to a PC alert… not sure if thats possible on a MAC. Remove it with my End Point and now computer is behaving normally again. But to be real, if we all continue surfing porn. We need things to prevent infection rather then just scannning it after each visit. Dont act like you dont visit porn either.
Worth it at twice the price! - I spent frustrating hours trying to get rid of adware. Thor Antivirus did it with the first scan! Great app!
I’m confident but dismayed - I have no idea of the inner, hidden, deeper workings of this app, but I am confident that it finds the bad juju on my mac and, if not sends them back to the maker, at least sends them to the trash. I’m also happy that the app is multipurpose, eliminating viri, adware and checking for vulnerabilities. I used to be a computer tech and felt a bit superior to alll those windows users because MAC OS was so resistant to invasion, but I guess those days are gone and I’m glad to have this resource. It’s well worth the money. Here’s an update. I do like this program and trust that is it doing what it is supposed to do, but I am irritated that every time I do something with it, I’m asked to rate it. I did it once, Now I’ve done it twice and, YES it’s an app that works. But, man oh man, quit bugging me for an additional review.
Great App - The user interface is very retro and minimalist, and I like that – simple and no extraneous doodads and flashy graphics. It works, too. And well. What more could you ask for? It will scan any directory, folder, file, or smallest crumb, and does it quickly. Does it fail to detect? I don’t know, not any more than I know that any other anti-bad stuff does. It warned me that I have some out of date applications that present a security risk. How would I know that – allowing that I’m a computer user, not a computer software expert. There’s also no email bombardment pestering me to upgrade, or buy other stuff from the author. It’s well worth the 10 or so bucks I paid for it, and I highly recommend it.
Identified and kicked bugs out easy to use - Was having all sorts of glitchy problems with some websites freezing and unable to clear my browsing history from Safari. Finally decided to check Apple Store for apps. Read the reviews on this and decided to try. I am NOT smart with tech stuff. Tried the free one and a couple of infected files came up so bought the full version. Easy to use. Cleared out the infected files. I wasn’t surprised that all 3 infected files were trojans attached to FlashPlayer. Kept getting notices on certain websites to download FlashPlayer or that it was out of date. Was able to go back and delete browsing history after Thor cleaned out my files. Will update as I use. Thanks!
