Nice graphics - I must like the game because I do play it a lot. It is kind of addicting. I tried the lite edision and I liked it enough to pay a couple of dollars for the full edition. I guess I thought there would be a little more to the game. Each level is pretty much the same only your scores have to get higher. When you win the coins from each level it says you can spend them on any extra to the level but that is not true. It only allows you to upgrade certain items and sometimes it wont even let you spend the coins. Also the scoring seems very erratic. I will play a game thinking I got all the jewels and extras only to see my score come up very low. Some games there is just nothing to match. In the higher levels the tokens get changed around so much it is very hard to match three. It is supposed to make it more challenging, but sometimes it is just frustrating.

Can't go to far - I'm not crazy about the games highest levels. They become unattainable, moves are slowed and the game gets stingy with bonus hits.

Some Crying Needs I'd like To See Addressed. - For all its graphical and sound-effective awesomeness, this game IMO falls oh-so-disappointingly short of what I think will make it a Top Three Ever match-3/5 game. There needs to be a *much* greater expansion of gameplay modes. This "casual" mode (which it *isn't* TBH) is scramble to get through; and the lack of meaningful power-ups from the get-go (more on that later, *believe you me*) leaves me both exasperated and at the same time wanting so much more. The puzzles should be on their own, and perhaps a mode like "Zen" with all the totems and power-ups *fully maximized* for ultimate sonic/visual enjoyment should be included. The Scoring algorithm/system definitely needs clarification (pts awarded for: 3-match, 5-match, L/T formation, quarter/half/full-power bonus values). Also, IMO, it will benefit the user straightaway if it didn't take so much playing time before copping an available bonus at maxed out value. While I do like the idea of gradually adding strength to a given power-up as the game progresses, any documentation that can sensibly integrate the idea with accumulated scoring benchmarks (i.e. *how much* "scorage" needed before getting an award) is a good beginning. Time bonuses are needlessly stingy. If you're running yourself ragged for one minute and and are lucky enough to get one, the 3 to 5 seconds you get aren't worth it. Token colors and their corresponding totems @minimum strength should be applied from the very start of the game. But as mentioned above, gradual power level rises should be integrated with progressive scoring benchmarks. Also, the metal token should count for something and/or have a corresponding totem…perhaps with a negative aspect, i.e penalty for leaving any on the board after conclusion of the 1 minute. IOW, don't use them if they have no purpose in the game. Simple as that. The big issue I have is with the lack of any explanation (read: truly *Official* Documentation) as to why power-ups are made available in what I see as an arbitrary order (Indeed, why *should* that be???? Let the player choose the one(s) he wants, as long as he has enough game points or stars to do it with). As it is right now, power-ups that can really help the player advance at an early stage remain unavailable, even after more than enough stars have ben earned to do just that. Matter of fact, I'm not sold on keeping the star concept for this game at all. This game fails to justify the need to have them when plain ol' scoring (the K.I.S.S. principle) would most likely suffice for most gamers (I know I'm not "most gamers", *but*……). If a compelling reason can't be made to players like me (and there *have* to be ppl who think as I do here), then IMO it's best to just subtract that one bell/whistle from the whole package. Overall, bonus categorization and its relationship to scoring/earning stars (if this game aspect is kept and/or redefined in a sensible way) should all be mapped out *much* more concisely, perhaps in a separate page in-game or even a .pdf file accompanying the DL'ed game pack. Otherwise, I'm pleased with this work in progress, as most games worth playing end up being.

DOES NOT WORK ON RETINA - DO NOT get this app if you have a retina display MacBook as it is not optimized for it. You will only see a piece of the original view and you cannot adjust anything (resolution/displays/etc.) in any way to get this to work. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR!
