Beautiful but - But it takes toooooo looooong for the character to move from one space to another. The excessive wait time is exhausting, especially when you know what needs to be done but it takes five minutes to get there and five seconds to complete the task.
Beautiful but too short... - The game is beautiful, original and well implemented with very nice background music. Sadly it only has three levels, which is too short imho, and ‘hurts’ replayabilty. Expert puzzle breakers will complete it less than an hour I guess. Hopefully the dev’s will offer an extension.
Most fascinating and meditative - Those that reviewed this as "not complex enough” must be highly experienced game players. For me, if I had not had at least one other intricate game experience, I would not have been able to guess at or intuit several moves—even with the hints activated! Towards the end, some of the hidden symbols were well hidden indeed and I would have never found them if I had not, at last, gone to YouTube for help. But I give this 5 stars because overall this is most peaceful and mediatative to play, and it certainly is a good brain exercise for me at age 72. It is very beautiful visually and very clever in its design. Others may complain, but I am astounded at the technical mastery that can create something of this intricacy—and all with code and pixels! A marvel to me. Yes, I do think our little paper man, whom I named Yoshi, took a bit long to get anywhere, but the movement through the paper landscape was pleasant to watch. He never rests! Except when he gets to sit in the boat. I, too, longed for more and wanted a few other levels or an entirely new journey for Yoshi to undertake. But “leave them wanting and they’ll come back for more,” works in theatre so why not here…? I will explore Nyamyam Games to see what else they have to offer. Peter in Albuquerque
Visually interesting - Firstly: I hate timed games so this one is ok in that regard. I like to solve puzzles that have a purpose, so this game does that. What it doesn’t do is offer more than one way to get to a goal. That part is kinda boring after one run-through.. Which brings me to my big complaint: I got to the house with the statues and am stuck. It apperas that I have completed the necessary task but then nothing happens, I can’t go anywhere from there. I can’t continue the game at all. Very annoying. I am hoping there will be an update so I can finish the game.
