Different kid of exercise - If you want to practice or learn Tai Chi, this app helps you like an instructor. Slow exercise is different kind of exercise. Instead of fast pace you do everything in a calm matter. This kind of exercise relaxes your body and mind. You could see all exercise routines as illustrations which are easy to understand. Also instead of reading what to do, you could use voice commands.

Good, but ... - Positions, sequence, and breathing well explained. However, the voice over is terrible. Obviously the person had the mike way too close to their mounth, causing buzzing and fuzzing. Also the voice over volume is too loud destroying the ambiance created by the background music.

Helpful - It is helpful to do some exercises such as Tai Chi. It will help you to relax and build your body. If you feel great stress, you shall try this app. It will teach you how to play Tai Chi and help you to learn it well.

Nice - This is a very nice little app for stress reduction. I like it because it’s step by step and i understand very well how it works. Its very nice to have someting like this on my Macbook.

Cool fitness app - Really cool app for practicing Tai Chi. The app includes a lot of different programs with various exercises. Every excercise has detailed audio instruction how to do it and visual illustrations. The interface is very simple and easy to use. It’s really helpful app to stay fit and flexibility. I like also relaxing background music. Great fitness app.

Quiet a good app - Tai Chi! It is really tradition chinese fitness activity. However, this app does provide some solid step by step toturial for beginners. Nice and it works fine.
