Window disappears - Running SnowLeopard OSX 10.6.8 Can't believe this app is listed in the app store as it doesn't behave like a Mac OSX app at all. When you start the app... 1) Doesn't show up in CMD-Tab List 2) Doesn't show up in Dock Bar 3) Doesn't support normal OSX app features like "Quit". Need to quit from activity monitor. Wha? 4) No scroll bar 5) Window disappears soon as you do anything. Only way to bring it back is by clicking an icon on the top menu bar which is totally "unique". No other deamons (growl, timecapsule, wireless) behave that way. Don't think the developer cares much for application consistency. Considering the deep review done for on iTunes app store, surprised apple let this one onto the app store at all.

Works Good, I Want More - I'm a huge fan of avoiding the web browser if at all possible. I use FibLabs other social apps for Facebook and Pintrest. The other apps (Facebook and Pintrest) do a pretty good job of emmulating their iOS mobile counterparts. The Google+ app works great in the desktop mode but the mobile mode is absulutly nothing like the excellent Google+ mobile app. Not sure where the blame lies, the developer or Google. Ether way, it made my experience with this app not as good as it could have been. Hopefully improvments will come.

Solid app; a bit cluttered; Not business friendly - The app works fine on my Macbook Air. It’s a bit cluttered. I have to hunt around to find things and it’s not very intuitive, though since it is relatively simple it doesn’t take long to learn, though you are sometimes scratching your head wondering why a feature is designed a particular way. There are no alerts and that is annoying. I have a client that uses Google Docs and Drive for business so I use this app to manage my team and comms with the client. Works fine. Mostly I feel the app is not living up to its potential. A solid start and the app has been stable for me.

A web view?! - Did I seriously just pay for a web view? I could've done almost the same thing with Fluid in 2 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and I would really like a refund.

Handy - Definetely makes it easier to keep up with G+. Love the floating window and ability to chat. It showed on the wrong display the first few times, but seems to have “learned” where to show itself. On the next update, I’d love to see a badge or shimmer on the icon to notify me of notifications. It’s really the only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars.
