FANTASTIC! - I recently purchased a MacBook Air, which I absolutely love. It's my first time buying an Apple product, and I'm hooked! I was trying to find a way to sync my Mac with my Droid X phone. I purchased this app, not with any great expectations. But it works amazingly well, even for someone who is not too tech savvy! Thank you so much SyncMate! I will tell everyone! I only wish I could get it to sync with my Windows PC. I'm sure the problem is on my PC's side . . . . hope to switch that to Apple soon, too!

Misleading advertising and no response from customer service! - I bought this hoping to sync my ical calendars to google calendars as well as sync my nokia lumia and my icloud accounts. It wasn't able to accomplish any of these three items. 1) While it states that you can sync windows phone, you have to go down to the fine print to find out it does not sync windows phone 7. Deliberately misleading to hide this fact below when the first line advertises that it syncs windows phone. Once assumes that if advertised it would at least do the current version! Probably my fault for not reading all the way down. 2) The cloud calendar sync does not work. I click on it and follow the instruction on their web site and just keep getting asked for my password over and over again. I know I'm entering correctly. I also tried the Yahoo cloud option and same thing happens. I can't get past the entering password for either accounts. 3) iCal to google sync. While this appeared to set up fine and ran through the sync, nothing actually updated. I choses the iCal->Google option and not one event was synced to my google account even though it stated that over 300 events were updated. So, being that this didn't work for a single thing that I wanted to do despite all three being advertised, STAY AWAY! I waited 4 days to write this review in the hopes that Eltima's customer service would respond to my e-mail, but no response, which was the absolute last straw! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Works Decent, could be better. - I use this app to sync my Outlook Calendar to my Google Calendar and vice versa. I set it up to run when the program is idle every 5 minutes or so which is fine, but I have to keep the program up and running on my desktop. I could minimize it, but really I would love to see a toolbar option where it can run in the background without being on my desktop or in my dock.

No support!! - I have had issues since day one with this program, have sent support requests four times with no response. Never have I seen “0” support with a product. If you are a tech guru maybe take the gamble, if not stay away!

Good but could be better - Syncing is great. I carry a portable firewire drive with me and wanted to sync it with a drive at work and home, but I wanted it to be painless. With this program, I can plug in the drive on my work computer and it will auto sync the drives for me, so I don’t have to do anything manually. The only issues I have with the software is that I wish it could run in the background as a toolbar item like dropbox or Crashplan do. Keeping the app open and on my desktop really doesn’t make the app as tranparent as it should be.
