A hell of a lot better than the current Apple Pages - The title says it all. A hell of a lot bettet than Apple’s Pages. Watch the excellent videos then play around a little, soon you will see how good this program really is. And tech support is top notch. If you ask them a question you will get an answer, the next morning at the latest. If you do booklets this program really shines, when you do the export to booklet it really nails it, the best I have seen in this price range. This is more of a page layout program than a word processor. For a few dollars more you can get a decent array of clip art. If you buy their other programs the clip art is shared with most of those programs as well. You can get a free trial on their web site. Try it, you’ll like it.

Poor Customer Support - I was forced to upgrade to this version because the company refused to provide any support for version 3, which stopped working. I had too many documents to just quit it. The app works well enough, but I do not recommend anyone purchase this due to the lack of support.

Easy to Use - Worth Far More Than the Small Price - I used Photoshop several years ago, but it was far to mysterious and detailed for my needs, plus vastly more expensive! Then I found Swift Publisher 3 a few years ago and discovered that it precisely fit the bill for the graphic arts work that I typically do. Now, the much improved Swift publisher 4 is more powerful and just as easy to use. I really enjoy the fact that the software is being continually upgraded for more power and ease of use. I love it and wouldn’t use any other graphic arts program. Highly recommended!

Meets my needs very well - I used to be a high-end desktop publisher. Then I changed responsibilities and scaled my work back to where MS Publisher could suit my needs fine under most circumstances. But when I shifted to a MacBook Pro, I was faced with spending a small fortune, using my wife’s PC for design work, or…? I’m so thankful I found Swift Publisher. I’ve just begun learning its capabilities, but am delighted that it’s such a powerful program at such a low price! Still finding my way around it, but am looking forward to doing more work for fun as I explore its capabilities. I still do occasional design work, and it meets my needs very well at this stage.

good for my new employees - I have had swift publisher from the begenning ( I am talking years) and this version 4 is the best yet. I have a lot of college summer help and I show them in a few minutes how the software works and they start using it from the get go. I never had any trouble with any of swift publisher all the years I have been using it. I love it The price is very reasonable. I actually paid more for 2 when we ate out for supper last night.

Dr. Don Crosswhite - This is a wonderful program with so many practical uses. It can be used with the Artext to make text for Powerpoint or special videos. It has been a tremendous asset for brochures, newsletters and all that I do. It is user friendly and intuitive. I have recomended it to others and they are all well pleased with it’s performance. Thank you!

Very Serviceable Product - If you are doing major publishing you are obviously not looking at the App Store bargain bin for a tool to do it. But if you have minor needs like an informal newsletter or occasional DIY publishing then this is a great low cost alternative to the big boys. I do wish it were more intuitive and there are some bugs that frustrate from time to time but these are easily worked around in less time than it would take me to earn enough money to buy a more expensive program that would come with its own learning curve. In short, it’s not perfect (hense the 4 instead of 5 stars) but I didn’t pay for perfect. I paid for something that works. This fits that bill.
