CANNOT log in with Facebook - I’ve always used Facebook to log in to Bitmoji. I spent 5 Bucks on this app and it will not allow me to sign in with FB. I think the description should have clearly mentioned this. Disappointing.

Painfully slow to load - Bitmoji on iOS is a wonderful app. The bitmoji appear almost instantaneously when you load the app, so you can immediately start using it. When I open this app on my Mac, however, it takes *minutes* before the bitmoji finally appear. Want to send a cute bitmoji to someone in Messages? Open Stickers for Bitmoji and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. At this point, I don’t care about sending the cute bitmoji in Messages anymore. And I’m STILL waiting for the bitmoji to appear. Close the app? Load it tomorrow? Wait again! Awful. Until the interminable wait is fixed, don’t buy this app.
Terrible!!!!!!! - I downloaded this app yesterday and it says importing bitmojis… error. Import paused. No internet connection! I tried restarting my computer 4 times, turning wi-fi and blue tooth off and on straight for 10 minutes, and I even tried restating our entire internet in my house. No luck! it still says no internet connection! Do NOT buy this app. It will make you really miserable like it made me!!!!!!!!😭😭
Does not work - no customer support - I purchased this over a week ago. I installed it and it would not recognize my sign in information, even though I have the app on my phone and it works fine. I contacted customer support and got an auto-response saying they would look into the issue and get back to me. I heard nothing for several days and followed up with them AGAIN. Another few days have passed and there has been no response. I feel like I totally wasted $5. It is a shame because the phone app works pretty well. This one appears to be not ready for prime time. Hopefully, they will eventually get back with me and I can update this on a more positive note.
