Perfect Compliment To My Mobile Version. - Now I see where this app really shines.. Multi Device Syncing! It is very simple and easy to accomplish with this version. That saves me a lot of time and $. Which for me means, this app pays for itself. I would highly recommend especially if your like me and need to edit your lists fairly often. For my money, this shopping app, cant be beat.
SYNC IS PATHETIC - i wish i would have known that you have to actively sync the device with the desktop app using your wifi network … not effiecient at all … it should sync like all the other better apps, via the internet; the advertising for the app is VERY MISLEADING that you can sync with an iPhone … if i could return this app i would.

Love, Love this app ! - This app does SO much more than just shopping lists. You can add any sort of list you want - ToDo, Packing List, Favorite restaurants, Books, Wine ....as many as you want , and they all sync with your iPhone. Love it !
Great potential - not there yet - The program will be extremely sueful once its defects are corrected. Main use for me is to print out shoppling list. Printout is microscopic and unreadable. Sync requires significant tap-dancing. Will create my own database in TapForms until this program is ready for market.
So glad this app has been brought to mac. - I have been a customer of SplashData since the palm days. Thanks for another terrific update. I love the way SplashData makes the app visually appealing. It makes it fun to use. I always tell me friends to go with SplashShopper. I think that there is a lot more detail and thought in this app than most. The customer service folks are friendly, knowlegable and helpful if I have any questions. The biggest thing for me, however, is being able to sync my lists to my iphone. It is a lifesaver! A must for all your shopping needs.
Won’t sync from Mac to ipad—Useless! - I love that my grocery list can be viewed/organized in different ways, i.e. by store, by aisle, by food category, etc. But, the main reason I bought this app over others was because it would sync across all my apple devices…supposedly. The problem I continue to have is that it will sync from my ipad to my macbook but it won’t sync in the other direction. This is of zero use to me because I typed my original master list on the mac-- it’s easier than typing things on an ipad and the screen is much bigger. I’m an older lady and don’t see as well as I used to. But, I don’t take my big macbook into the grocery store with me. I take the ipad. I need for the list to sync “FROM THE MAC TO THE IPAD”. I’ve tried exporting the list and reinstalling the app on both devices several times in every different order I can think of and it simply won’t work. I’ve given up. I’m going back to printing my list from a word document. These apps are supposed to make life simpler, but trying to make this work has become a part time job!!! Who needs it? I wish I could get my money back. I would give it zero stars if I could.
great potential, but there are issues! - I have SplashID and have used it ever since I had a PalmOS device. I love it and use it across all my devices. I used SplashShopper in the past until better apps out-performed it. But I kust went back to it for its simplicity and ease-of-use. HOWEVER, it seems misleading to talk about how easy it syncs. You can sync your desktop to other devices, but it is not really what you think of when you say “sync”. It simply creates a copy of the external device and its lists on your desktop under a different “user” name. If you want a specific list to be used by your mobile device, you have to create it ON THAT DEVICE. And there seems to be no way to sync your phone, tablet and desktop in an effective fashion. You just get 3 separate copies on your desktop - NOT on your other devices. This screams for a fix.
