Great app for relaxing break - Simply Being has been an effective way to take a refreshing break from my computer work routine. Very soothing and de-stressing.

Elle - BAD bad app, please dont get it! The sound is terrible, like an old radio in my grandmothers basement. Total waist.

Waste of a dollar - this app is completely pointless and unnecessary. it's basically just her voice, with the option of nature sounds or music in the background, reading out the "meditation guide" on the right, and then saying "simply be" every five minutes. because the speaking is so sporadic and vague it becomes a disruptance if you are really trying to meditate.

Really effective - I always get a lot out of the guided meditations of the Madduxs. The narrator has a nice gentle voice and is NOT intrusive and the gentle reminder that thought coming in are always okay just don’t grab on to them. That can be a very difficult thing to accept but once you have that handled, you’re good to go. Highly recommended.

Great app! - I am a therapist and am always looking for new ways to use meditation with clients. I like that there are seperate controls for voice and music. The varying lengths of the meditations allows anyone to start out slowly and build up to a place where they can comfortably practice meditation for longer periods of time.
