App Does not support landscape designs on the iPad and support will not reply to my emails. - Silkscreen does not support landscape designs on the iPad (which is unfortunate for our app with a landscape only orientation) and when I try to contact support they will not email me back.

Inconsistent behavior - This app is (was) very useful for designing UIs and checking usability, however this application performed erratically. Sometimes it worked, most times it didn't. It's saying it can't find the device when minutes before it could. It all turns out to be a big exercise in frustration, with zero support solution. Deleted!! And $12.99??!! For what?!

A must-have if you design for iPhone & iPad - I've been designing for iPhone since 2009 and this is an app I wish I had a long time ago. It picks up my iPad and iPhone easily, it's easy to switch from portrait to landscape, and I love that it lets you scroll when you're designing a long screen. This is also a must-have if you do Responsive Web Design, don't know how I ever got by without it. So far, it's still working with the iOS 7 beta installed on my iPhone 5. Thanks!

Better Than the Alternatives... - Most other screen mirroring apps require that you align whats supposed to appear in the view port of your device with what is showing on the monitor. This is a real issue when your laptop or dektop monitor's resolution is far below what your mobile device is capable of (re: retina displays.) Thats what I love most about Silkscreen, it shows me at 100% or at 50% the exact resolution of my saved PSD — without scaling the image to fit. (in other words, I can scroll through a mock just like I would a real mobile app) Text is crisp because Im dealing with live text versus rasterized of flattened art. Previous reviews have stated that Silkscreen doesnt support landscape (when it really does). You just have to ROTATE your device to match. Simple, easy, increased productivity in my workflow. There are times when it fails to recognize the device but, usually thats an issue with your wifi signal or network. By far, this works much better for me than other tools in my arsenal like Xscope or LiveView. Go to the developers site for a 7 day test drive to make sure it works for you before plunking down the $ for it in the app store.
