PHOTOSENSITIVE SEIZURE WARNING:

Wiggle mode cycles between the left eye and right eye images. People with photosensitive epilepsy (PSE) should not use this mode. People with PSE may experience seizures when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing patterns. Symptoms may include light-headedness, twitching, altered vision, spasms of the arms or legs, disorientation and momentary loss of awareness. Immediately stop using this application and seek medical help if you experience any of these symptoms. Parent should take extra care with children and teenagers, who are more likely than adults to experience these symptoms.

Does exactly what I needed - I got a Fujitsu w3 for Christmas and wanted to view the pictures on my mac. ShowMe3D does just what I needed and nothing more. Just as the screenshot shows.

Terrible - I learned something today: When buying software, you'll probably want to spend more than $5. And when creating software, you'll probably want to make something better than this. Or, at least tell people they're about to waste $5. 1. When I try to open 10 MPO files at the same time (because there is no previewer, of course), this app gobbles up over a gig of RAM. That is ridiculous and unforgivable. Opening 10 JPGs of any size with any competent app doesn't do anything this preposterous to your RAM. The first time I used this app, I had to hold down the power button to restart (always scary). The memory economy management in this app may very well be hazardous to hard drive health; it started using tons of virtual memory when I ran out of RAM. 2. Exporting takes forever. 3mb MPO files suddenly become 10+mb files in JPG... something wrong there. 3. Unless your TV (or other 3d viewing device) can handle SBS images that are not scrunched to half width/double height, forego this app. It puts the two 16x9 images side by side (32x9). Most TVs require the 32x9 to be horizontally scrunched 16x9; my TV shows a nicely vertically scrunched (tall thin people look short and fat) 3d image with thick black bars at top and bottom. Goodbye, $5. I'm going to have to use Parallels Desktop to get some competent software. It will ultimately save me tremendous amounts of RAM.

Version 2.1
Review by New Olympus TG-1 Owner

Wow - Oh my goodness. For the first time ever; something that works as advertised. I just bought the Olympus TG-1 and was surfing the net trying to find a solution to viewing these MPO files. Everything seemed too involved with all these links and hoops to jump around. I saw this on the app store and figured I'd give it a shot since it was relatively cheap. It was one of those rare moments when right after downloading, everything just worked. I dragged the MPO file on to it and up it popped. I was so amazed that it worked right the first time, I think I swore in front of my daughter. Thanks for this great app!

Sweet and simple! - This app is super easy and perfect for a beginning digital stereo photographer such as myself. I am using a Fujifilm Finepix 3D camera. Thanks for creating a nice clean process to deal with those pesky MPO's!

Not a 3D viewer - This program will let you view MPO files but only in 2D format.

Simple, No Fuss Way of Viewing MPO Files - This is what I’ve been searching for: an easy-to-use app to view .mpo format files from my 3D cameras. I could plug the cameras into my HD TV and look at them in stereo, but I couldn’t send them to my son for viewing conveniently, that is until I recommended this app to him. The problem was using a macBook, rather than a Windows machine, for which there are several choices of MPO viewer, but until now, no great support on OSX. This is a bare-bones interface with no ability to save, but that’s all I need.
