Great Tool - I just purchased this app, and it's exactly what I need!!! Granted it's only been an hour wortth of testing, but so far it's great....
No longer works!! - This app is completely busted. This new version captures audio but no video. I have used Screenium with much success in the past but, as it stands right now, the app is useless. Please fix this. Thanks!

Waste of Money for Busted App - Let me join in with the chorus of other reviewers by saying: Don’t buy this app. I tried the demo for my Let’s Play channel and loved it. I bought it based on that experience. That was about a year ago - and I have not had full functionality since. I contacted Screenium support and they have been insultingly unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and get iShowU HD.
Use Quicktime Instead - Don’t buy this. It crashes and doesn’t work. You will be wasting your money. Quicktime -- which COMES WITH YOUR MAC — does beautiful screen and audio capture, and will in fact also do the same for any iOS device you plug into your Mac.
Horrible - I have had the worst experience with this app. It crashes constantly, captured recorded videos can’t be saved, exporting freezes. I can’t open files unless I use File > Open. Drag-and-drop and “Open Recent” do not work most of the time. Sometimes I can’t even open more than one file at a time - even small files - without the program crashing. The mouse-capture works half of the time and the fact that I have to use a third-party audio plug-in is unprofessional. Also, it’s terribly difficult [impossible?] to find where Screenium caches Composition files in the library. I’m moving on to another screen capture app. Recording instructional videos is time-consuming enough. Dealing with a faulty app isn’t worth my time.
it was a 5* software on snow leopard - I upgraded it to mavericks and it does not work now, I would appreciate if you can fix the crashes issue during the export of movie. at the end of the conversion it gave -41 error whatever that mean.
No Audio - I have a brand new iMac 27” and no matter what I do, I can not capture my voice with the internal mic. Very Frustrating. A waste of 39.00
