Another Gracious Screensaver from 3Planesoft - Soft, soothing, perfect for us Floridians who have to stay away from the beach and close to the computer for the humdrum of work-a-day (though every now and then I forget and want to stick my toe in…). Works as flawlessly as everything from 3Planesoft for the Mac, both as a screensaver and (if you have enough memory to spare) as a motion desktop picture. But (Sigh!) nothing from this company for the Mac yet matches the charm of their animated screensavers for the PC. These are a bit more expensive than the nominally priced Mac entries, but sooo worth the extra money. There's certainly a market among Mac owners for that material at that price. 3Planetsoft may think Mac owners are appreciative but cheap...

Love it - I have it on my wallpaper now. Love it. Can adjust the sounds of the wallpaper musics as well as the effects individually, both as wallpaper and screen saver. Very realistic looking except for when the water washes over the conch seashell. There should be bubbles or the water should be going around it instead of through it. You guys really should have just not let the water go up to it at all, the water also doesn’t look very real when going over the tree roots that are sticking up out of the sand. Again, if you had just limited the water washing up you could have avoided this altogether, a really simple adjustment, but it’s all good. I still enjoy it. Would have really knocked mysocks off if you had just limited the water waves so they wouldn’t go up to the shell and tree roots.
Love it! - Very nice animated desktop / screen saver that doesn't use too much resources. Would like to see a brighter skyline.
Sandy Beach 3D - Beautiful screensaver, so lifelike. Love it!
Reminds me of Belize - The artwork is stunning, and the scene reminds me so much of the beaches in Belize. I like to turn up the volume so I can hear the waves throughout my house and pretend I’m living on the beach. I can’t remember what I paid for it but it was well worth the price. I agree with the reviewer who pointed out that the waves washing up on the conch and the roots don’t look very realistic. The developer should pull the waves back a bit. Otherwise, this is an outstanding screensaver/wallpaper app.
Relaxing! - I’m an island, west coast beach lover stuck on the east coast with no beach. I was looking for something to help me relax while I work from home surrounded by no beach. This app is perfect. The sound of the waves and the simple look of the water is just enough. I was nervous it might be too complicated with fish or whales and a whole lot of action. But it was just right. the look of the app is Simple but refreshing. it plays even when i have other applications up and I love that too! I turned the automatic island music off though. The sound of the beach was what I wanted so I’m glad there’s a feature to turn off just the music both on desktop and screensaver. Oh one more thing, though I love the cloudy storm look it would be nice to have a nice sun feature, sunset or sunrise would be great!
