HotMacApps Review - Do you know what the Samurai’s last exam is? Well basically his last test is to become a sushi chef. The test is to remember all the orders and complete them as fast as possible, while with each new level, you get more variation in orders making it harder to remember and taking more time to navigate around all the ingredients. The better you do the more money you get at the end of each level, allowing you to obtain useful power-ups. Samurai Last Exam is very similar to Magic Sweets. It requires speed and memorization to remember all the orders and specific ingredients to place in each meal. Also included in the game there is a story line, including cut scenes and explanatory instructions all in the Samurai theme with voice overs. The game play can be quite enjoyable once you start to get into it, even though by reading the description and looking at screen shots it doesn't really appear the kind of game you might be interested in. It really does require you to think and because of that it would make a great educational game.
meh.... - Not entirely what I was expecting.... Mind you, the graphics are lovely, but the gameplay could use some work. Lots, and I mean LOTS, of clicking and dragging. I played it for about twenty minutes and got tired of it--not sure when I'll open the app again... :/
Can you say MEH? - Boring, definetly not fun controls with the mac book touchpad. At least I only wasted 99 cents. Doesn't really get exciting and the music gets annoying.
