Very Clean Interface - To say the opening screen was minimalistic would be completely true - but I do wish there were a few more instructions/options on the opening screen when you first start this app so you wouldn't be wondering how to start. But with that said, if you do enter the one thing it asks you for (a URL) the software takes it from there all on its own showing rankings for the URL you just entered on Google, Alexa, Compete, SEM, and the like. Nice!

Worthless Application - While there have certainly been some improvements in this new version, this application continues to be worthless. The major problem of crashing everytime it was run seems to have been fixed. However, the rankings - especially for Google - are not correct. Several of my keywords are ranking on page 1 of Google, and this application tells me that they are not in the Top 100. Don't waste your time on this application.

View SEO Info Fast & Effciently - This is a great tool for streamlining your top level SEO analysis. I have all of the website I manage loaded into menu, so I can quickly review them everyday or anytime I have a client on the phone. The output does not go into very much detial, but when you have to repetativly check these metrics like I do, this tool can save allot of time.

It's okay but... - The tool is okay, but much of the data it provides is fairly meaningless to me. For example, it gives huge backlinks numbers on sites that I have had up for only a few days and which don't yet have any backlinks that I haven't provide myself, so I don't even know what to do about that. I have yet to see it return a figure for the pages indexed in Bing, and often is returns zero for Google, despite the fact that I know there are pages indexed in Google. The SEMRush stuff is good as, I suppose, is the Alexa rankings, Google PR, etc. Although I can get that information elsewhere, it's nice to have it all in one place.

Added on November 21, 2014 — Pretty much nothing works in SEO Ranky anymore. I think it’s been abandoned.

Would be great if... - This app has some great potential! I love all the stats that it is supposed to provide. However, many of my my site stats are showing as ’N/A’ even though I can see those stats through other SEO sites, such as my Alexa rank, etc. Also, it only shows 4 keywords in the Keywords box. The “More Reports from SEMRUSH” seem like an ad-link. Having paid for this app I would expect that either not to be there, or for those reports to be built into the app. Once you’ve added sites you aren’t able to re-arrange them or even have them automatically listed in alphabetical order. It would be nice to be able to re-arrenge sites. If the developers fix these issues then this app will definitely be awesome. Until then, it leaves much to be desired.
