Game man - I got all three of these and they are well worth it Fun to play and easy to do in a day each for the avid gamer playing on the easy mode But in the end it is not over because it is going to be played again on the next hard setting till Your mind becomes as it was in the old days of Rome Play for your life to make the best score on the planet

No, just no - From a strategy perspective it’s a fair enough game but I quote parts of the description above, “ No one but Victorius and his army can resist the enemy and protect Rome from the forthcoming disaster. There is nothing left out for Victorius, but to set off on a journey to fight the enemy!” I was promised combat even if it’s a strategy game were you produce units and they fight for you, not cleaning up someone else’s mess. Also I would honestly like someone to tell me how exactly I am protecting Rome for the barbarians if I DO NOT kill them and even fix roads they can use to invade. I really would like for someone to explain this to me because I was lied to. At most I could scare away the occasional barbarian by clicking on it a few times. If you read the description of this game and expect a strategy game where you can beat back the barbarian invaders, don’t make the same mistake I did and don’t buy this game.

Episode 3 Level 1 problem - Bought this yesterday and now Stuck on Episode 3 Level 1 without enough gold pieces on the entire map to be able to be able to completely unblock the road. Pretty annoying!!

Really Fun! - All the games in this series are great! So much fun! Do not believe the other reviews that say there are bugs that will not allow you to beat certain levels. I have beat the whole game on expert mode. It's all about finding the right strategy for each level. ALL LEVELS CAN BE BEAT. Can't wait for Roads of Rome 4!

Love it - I've played to completion and then played again every game in the series so far and I love them all. Well worth the money. I will definitely buy a sequel if/when it comes out. I wish they were rolling these out for the iPad still like Roads of Rome 1. People complaining about not enough gold to finish a level, just haven't figured things out yet. Sorry, folks. One very minor typo in Roads of Rome 3, when the little guy is throwing water on a burning building mousing over him reveals "Dying out." I think they were going for "drying out," even though you don't dry out a fire.

Fast paced strategy - I have found the enitre Roads of Rome series to be that perfect blend of fast pace and strategy. You have to think on your feet with every one of the games and it is easy to make a mistake to where you can't continute and have to restart the level. Every level can be beaten but in some if you make the wrong decision you cannot beat the level.

Great game and i love not being forced to buy in app - The game is awesome. For all the reviewers that say there isn't enough of a resource to complete a level build a "store house" and see how in increases what resources give you, upgrade it and see it increase even more.
