Amazing - I ran a CF card through Rescue Pro and it found photos there from a trip to Thailand 4 years ago! The card had been reformatted by the camera numerous times and still Rescue Pro was able to dredge up photos I'd long forgotten about. If it can find files that old, you stand a good chance of retrieving your accidentally deleted vacation photos.

Doesn't work under Mountain Lion - Doesn't recover any files under Mountain Lion. It just says that there's a lot of read errors. Tried it under Snow Leopard -- works like a charm! Please update this SanDisk!

Horrible - I’ve used data recovery software and this is the worst one ever. Can only find images that haven’t been deleted, basically its a card reader. RIP OFF

Lifesaver: recovered 1676 pix from a 32GB SDcard - So it took about 1h10 but I was able to recover ALL 350 pix that had been erased in a hurry this morning of an event I could not duplicate. First bought CardRaider Photo Recovery has the reviews were ‘better’ and the mention of Windows based vs Apple (my platform) However most troubledsome: stream of pix previewed as a tease from Pix long past and not these from the morning in rush erase. Drop the CardRaider after most unsatisfying 9Pix retrieval…again NOT from the most recent erase. Out of the 9 Pix non RAW > with mention: unretrievable! These photos were too special not to go for another GRR purchase: RESCUE PRO (not the Deluxe) and all smiling, relieved and breathing I am… the recent 350 pix WITH their RAW files and 1321 other pix (some from a year ago), and all this on a Mac. instructions are not unapproachable but it does take some time: first scanning with counter of photos recovered then uploading into the folder you have chosen. This is not an advertisement: my own experience as a true consumer who is most appreciative of a good APP
