Simultaneously create a Favicon and a Web Clip icon for use on your website.
The generated favicon.ico file contains multiple images at different resolutions to cater for all browsers and retina screens.
Just drag the icons created by the app, and drop them in finder or another applications image well for example.
You can also drop images directly onto the app icon, even if the app is not currently open.
Perfectly suited to Rapidweavers. As each webdesign project requires both a web clip icon and a favicon.
New Icon sizes embedded into the generated favicon.co file.
New hi resolution generated WebClip icon file.
New application icon.
Application user interface has been completely refreshed.

Great Single Purpose App - The concept of single purpose apps is making its mark on the Mac App Store. If you are a RapidWeaver user or just need a Favicon or Webclip icon for your website, you simply drop your normal icon into the drop zone and "ding" you're done. The app just works and there is no fuss. I suppose I could have found some convoluted way to do the same thing to save some money, but my time is far more important as compared to the miniscule price of this app.

Too constrained - Does no more than what it says it does. It’s what is missing that is problematic, all of which was clear in less than a minute of use: - I save all my master copies of my logos in PDF for scalability, but this app doesn’t accept PDF file formats - that surprises me for being written for an OS that has fabulous built-in support for PDF - Automatically clips anything that is not square. I would have expected it to center and fill in or best yet offer some options. - I don’t think that it generates options for IE or other non-Safari browsers that also offer non-standard options for Favicons There are free websites that do a much better job than this app. Not worth it.
