Install Prob Fix - Update re installation problem (and much improved review!): wrote an e-mail to Jumsoft about the installation problem (below) - got an immedite answer with a workaround for this (Apple doens't allow the Inspirations templates to be installed directly into the Pages software - a problem on Apple's end). Workaround is as follows: "After opening the preview window of [the Inspirations] app, drag one of the template categories to the following location: User Home Directory > Library > Application Support > iWork > Pages > Templates. [After you've done this], the Category will appear in the Pages Template Chooser, under My Templates. Repeat teh same steps for each categoty you want to have in your Pages." Yup, it's a bit of a pain - but at least there's a way to do it! And it worked just fine; templates are all now in the Pages software, under "My Templates" (bottom of that column of options). Why Apple doesn't allow a direct install is beyond me...but appreciated Jumsofts quick and helpful response. And the templates really are nice ones. --------------------------------------------- Very frustrating: just purchased the Inspirations app on-line; have all the updated Mac OSX and iWork apps, and Pages _is_ installed in the iWork folder. The app store ran the installation, says the program is installed - but the only way I can acces it is as a separate software icon in my Apps! It doesn't show up in Pages. I have absolutely no interest in having this app if I have to access it separately...why would anyone want that? The whole point is to have it installed within Pages, for ease of use, etc. And the Jumsoft FAQ/support page has one of the most irritating answers to this ever: "24. Why can‘t I see the new Pages Templates in the Pages Templates Menu after the installation? Make sure that Apple Pages is installed in the folder Applications -> iWork 'XX. Otherwise, you may encounter problems of this kind." Oh, thanks. Thta's helpful. No clue as to an alternate way to deal with this - say - if you DO have Pages installed the iWork app. This is the kind of thing that makes you never want to buy a product from a company again. Jumsoft, please deal with this! (Plus I want my money back if I can't get this app installed WITHIN Pages).
