Q: Why are only 50 shots loaded in each table?
A: 50 is the maximum number of shots that can be requested through the Dribbble API at one time. It is possible to request more 'pages' of shots so endless scrolling will definitely appear in a future release.

Q: Why are there ads in the detail view?
A: The detail view is a web view of, there is no official way to like or comment on shots so using a web view is currently the only way to allow users to interact with shots. The ads seen at the bottom of the detail view are part of the website.

Q: Why isn't the window horizontally scaleable?
A: Two reasons, one of the goals of Play by Play is to be compact and out of the way. The other reason is that it doesn't make sense to add more horizontal space to the table view and if the web view is scaled the mobile(compact) styling is no longer used.

Q: Why isn't there search in Play by Play?
A: Unfortunately there is no API to search Dribbble.

Release Notes:

✓ Fixed the display of new retina shots in the preview window. Play by Play now has full support for retina shots!
✓ Removed the preference to hide the dock icon because this caused issues with fullscreen on Lion and Mountain Lion.

waste of money - If you want to pay for a small, ad-filled and featureless version of the free and public website then go right ahead. Buyers remorese is an understatement.

A great application that could be much better. - This app has a great design and is especially convenient for Dribbble users such as myself who are not on daily, but still like to see what's new. The option to recieve Mountain Lion notifications is delightful, and the customization of what you would prefer to be notified about was extremely pleasant to find. Implemented sharing is great as well, and the ability to download shots is nice - though I have not used the feature myself. However, I find myself just going back to my browser a few clicks into the app. I'm the type that prefer to stay away from the browser and browse in an application - especially if I'm going to pay for it! The ability to search, view jobs and profiles, and explore in the application would be a fantastic addition to an already great application. And while I know that it may not be possible, the ability to upload shots directly through the application would be the cherry on top for this app! I can only hope. Looking forward to future updates.

Dribbble Just got better - This app makes an already loved service even better. And that in essence is what Apps are all about. Yes, you can't upload through the App (which is Dribbble's doing after all) but you can Like and comment and share on social networks like Twitter and to me, that's more then worth it.

Great, just missing a couple features to make it perfect. - Love this app and it is very convenient. Wishlist: 1. Fullscreen experience would be killer. 2. Less linking off to website.

It's great but... - It's great but slightly annoying when it links out to the web browser. Let's keep it in-house please!
