Using Picture in Picture you can:

- Watch Twitch streams while playing CS

We guarantee that the following web-sites are tested and work with Picture in Picture:
-- Youtube
-- Netflix
-- Vimeo
-- Dailymotion
-- Ted.com
-- Twitch.tv
-- and all others.

Flash players, HTML5 players, iframe videos - all types of web players are supported.

Picture in Picture - is not a browser, it is an application for playing videos.

Excellent way to watch Netflix - This app is great! I use it for watching Netflix while using my computer, where I need the video to hover above the other windows I'm working on. I had used a couple of other options like Helium and Fluid, but both had stopped working with Netflix. This app is totally worth the cost. I like that you initiate the video playback from inside your browser; it's a really nice integration.

Does not work with CNNgo - I really wanted this app to work with CNN live streaming (CNNgo). It does not. The app appears to do exactly what it is desined to to for Youtube and Netflix Streaming. If CNNgo functionality is added, this app will receive a 5 star rating from this reviewer.

Only Occassionally Usable - While this may be the only PiP app that works by actually extracting the video from a site, as opposed to Helium and HeliumLift which are actually cumbersome mini-browsers from which you first have to load a site and then resize the browser to affect a PiP, it has several playback issues. With Twitch.tv, it is entirely unusable. The video plays back at what seems like 1FPS and there is no sound. With Youtube, once you enable PiP, there are playback issues: the sound and video are no longer synce and sometimes there are buffering issues. To resolve this, usually pausing and unpausing will resolve it. The promise and potential of the app is considerable. However, the problems mentioned severely cripple its purpose. Additionally, with PiP arriving in the forthcoming, free OSX update in the Fall, this app and others like it will need to not only fix all their bugs but provide a superior experience (funtionality, aesthetics, features) to warrant purchase.

When the video feed is compatible, it’s great! - I’ve been looking for a simple PiP for OS X, considering that my poor old Macbook is not able to run the latest and greatest OS X that’s on it’s way (which has native PiP) I was happy to find this app. Reposition the window, doesn’t have an obnoxiously large window titlebar or anything (even the stoplight buttons for OS X are an overlay on the video feed.). My only feature request would be to have a quick opacity adjuster slider or menu selector.
