FAST! - I downloaded this earlier today to batch-convert nearly 500 product photos for my business web site. I get these photos from a manufacturer and they're huge. Plus, they have all sorts of metadata that doesn't need to be there. I was able to reduce the size and strip data from 475 really big photos so quickly that I thought I goofed something up! What's really nice is the simplicity of it. What's even nicer is how FAST it is.

Maybe not - I was disappointed with this purchase. The description says that this tool is a photo organizer tool, and it provides fast, easy and automatic categorization of images by type, date, size, etc. Well maybe not. This is a batch processing app pure and simple. Have a folder or a directory full of images you want to downsize for web use, upsize for ?? - this may well be your app. The organization tools for name, date, file size, etc mirror Mac's finder capabilities. It does sort out specific groups - file extension, file size (s, m, l) or image size (s, m, l) to be processed. Convert images to jpeg, png or tiff, with image quality of max, medium or low. Resize images to Full size, medium or small (metadata stripping is optional). Save processed images to a folder and/or delete originals after batch processing. If you need a batch processor, take a look. If you need an organizer, you may want to look elsewhere.
