outstanding! - I bought this program several months ago with the idea that I would take many continual series of photos during a recent Arizona vacation. The results are astounding and the intuitive nature of the program is a pleasure to use. Highly recommended. :)
Needs an update. - I downloaded the trial version off of Arcsoft's website, and it was FANTASTIC! It was great! It was everything I needed. It worked flawlessly. The only thing I wanted more than that was to save my pictures at full size. I would've just bought the activation code, but I wanted the free updates from the App Store. I deleted the trial version, went to the App Store and spent $80 for the full version. It was not the same!! This version is buggy and different, I have made two panoramas on this version but had to FORCE QUIT multiple times on every single one. When I select the file I want to open the images from on the left side, I get the loading cursor symbol and then it freezes up! Everytime! I want my money back and I want an update.

Barely Works - When it's not crashing, which the 5.2.19 update did not fix, it doesn't stitch photos well at all. Give it more than three or four pictures to work with and it returns a mess. Give it more than 10 and it usually crashes or freezes up. For the price, I expected more. Not happy. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Buyer beware.
Cannot Stitch Images with different sizes - My project is to stitch together the eight scans made from a large schematic diagram. Each of the scans is a different size. This is how they were delivered to me. Panorama Maker 5 refuses to stitch them because it can't handle different image sizes. IMHO this is a HUGE limitation of the product. Also watch out on initial launch of this app. It scans your Pictures folder by default and mine got hung with a BBOD on a 500MB TIFF NASA image. This app is fragile, surprising for a 5th version of the code. IMHO Calico is far more mature and capable. I like to keep several stitching programs in the tool chest and will keep Panorama Maker 5 in it.
Good, but lacking VR export - Apple’s Safari documentation has a tuturial for creating “VR” 360° panoramas with pure web technologies (no Flash). I hoped this was supported (it is not). I expected *some* export format besides simple JPEG would be supported, but none was.
Got it for $15 and it's worth it! - The Website states this goes for $80 normally, but is on special for $15 for a "limited" time. It's a powerful little app, and I'm astounded with its abilities while just testing it out. For the special it's worth it, but I think the $80 price tag is a bit steep. Grab it while you can on special and I'm sure you'll be impressed with it, as I am.
Keeps Crashing! - I keep trying to maunally adjust my photos and the app freezes up each time and then "closes unexpectedly". Waste of my money.
