Files cannot be read on my iPad. - June 15, 2011 Converted a pdf, then emailed to my ipad. Tried to open in ibooks, and got an error indicating the file format was invalid. Giving it 2 stars for now unless the support team can resolve. June 16, 2011 have already received an email from the developer. There is a newer version on the developer web site. I downloaded that version and it did produce an ebook that I could open in ibooks, but it was only 8 pages due to trial version limitations. I assume the retail version will work as well, and in that case, I think this is a really nice app. It is easy to use. You simply drag a file from Finder onto the app window and the the pdf is converted to an ebook. It doesn't get much easier.
Disappointed - Converted two documents. Stripped all graphics from the first one. Second one was a transcript with line numbers. Result was completely blank.

STAY AWAY. Doesn’t Work!!!! - A total waste of money. I was hoping at least one of the dozen or so PDF to EPUB apps in the Apple store would work. Apparently none do, based on the reviews. A few of the more recent reviews for this app were encouraging. I had zero success. I ended up rebuilding docs one PDF page at a time in InDesign. This does work, it’s just tedious.
Good with Images, Bad with Text - It can be very useful to covert pdfs to other formats to read them on certain e-readers. It is hard to do that without losing data, or creating an unreadable mess *and* losing data. Original mode separates the text from the images on each page. It's good with the images. It's bad with the text. It doesn't use the original text layer, but does its own ocr, which merges text in multiple columns. So this'll usually do one step in a complex process to turn pdfs into usable files, instead of doing the whole process.
