Most Helpful Reviews
Great App!! - This is a fantastic app and I highly recommend it to anybody who views/edits PDFs on a regular basis. Even if you don’t, it’s a very useful app to have. I was looking for a PDF App that would allow me to add, subtract and re-arrange pages on existing or new PDFs. This app does it all, and more! This is a very well-made and easy-to-use app.
DOES NOT WORK ON MacOS Sierra !! - This app was pretty good, not great, but it got the job done. I updated to Mac OS Sierra and now almost all of the functionality is gone. It barely highlights correctly anymore! No more drawing lines, circles, squares, creating text boxes, etc. That’s all gone, which makes it a far less functional than the “Preview” app that comes with your mac. OH, and you can’t zoom anymore and highlight! It zooms you out every time you try.
More Reviews for Current Version
This app is more than intrusive - The app may have some valid rationale for its alerts (to introduce itself to you), to open multiple windows even though no open was requested (no intention to set it as a start on boot was given), but I cannot see them.
“Free" - another bull**** “free” app on the mac app store, guess that is what I should expect at this point. Nothing is truly free...
Muy buen reader - Encontré en ésta aplicación lo que buscaba para mis PDF. Cumple a cabalidad lo que ofrece y hasta ahora estoy MUY vontento con ella
Great Tool - a little difficult to figure out - I love the ease of this tool. It took me a while to figure it out - not very intuitive - but once I did which didn’t take long I was off and running.
This app is more than intrusive - The app may have some valid rationale for its alerts (to introduce itself to you), to open multiple windows even though no open was requested (no intention to set it as a start on boot was given), but I cannot see them. There was a developer response to my review, stating that a preference setting would have removed the display of the quick start at launch. This is no more than a partial solution. The real problem was the choice made by the developer to thrust upon the user all of these notification / documentation / explanation features from the get go. That underlying attitude could have been more controlled and subdued, but instead indicated that the developer had a belief that his users had to hear what he wanted to tell them, and he would do what he could to get them to listen. This is different from the attitude that the customer might make a mistake for lack of information. The difference is in degree and remediation, where the user could first be asked whether they wanted to hear a little more about functionality at any point.
