PCD Viewer can view and convert Kodak Photo CD images into JPEG, TIFF, PNG or BMP files. It runs on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or later on Intel based systems.
If you have PCD format files and you want to see them looking the way they did when you took the photo, you need PCD Viewer. PCD Viewer doesn't convert hundreds or thousands of different image formats - it converts just one format, the Kodak Photo CD format.

- Output to JPEG, TIFF, PNG or BMP
- Converts any Photo CD file
- Support for 4096 x 6144 64Base Photo CD Pro files

The worst excuse for software ever - One thing I don't like about the App Store is not being able to try out software before you purchase it. This software kind of does what it says it does, but is essentially unusable. It did fine importing the images off the PhotoCD. But then something is totally messed up with the color profiles. I used the different color profiles in another program that does have a trial version, and the ones in PCD Viewer are completely wrong. For example, the PhotoCD negative profile changes the image to green and pink duotone. And the software has extremely limited functionality and no help file. And to top it off, it only allows you to export one image at a time. When you have a stack of PhotoCDs with 100 images on each one, that makes this program completely useless. To me this program is a waste of money and I'm going to be contacting Apple about getting my money back.

Does Not Work - I paid my $19.99 for this and installed it today. When I tried to open my .pcd file, an error message popped up and said, "IMG0020.pcd could not be opened. PCD Viewer cannot open files of this type." ??? Really?
Pure junk - Shame on Apple for selling this scam software. There wasn’t even a help guide. Appears to be a completely empty app. This is fraud!
