Great all in one messenger - One of the best app that combines all messengers in one single app. You don’t need to open anymore a bunch of apps. The app supports all most popular messengers. It’s very easy to use. Definitely worth buying app.

No - This is not a real native desktop client for these networks. It is basically a wrapper app over websites. Very bad.

App works fine with one major issue - Over the last few updates, the various spelling features (check spelling while typing, correct spelling automatically, etc.) have ceased to work. For someone who uses this application for work purposes, fixing those issues would make a huge difference.

A few needed tweaks to get up to 4 or 5 - Come on guys, let's get Gmail support! I know it's not specifically a messenger, but it is really useful to have it inline with other messengers. You do it, you're going to have something that's better than Rambox and Fritz! Some other points: First, the application MUST allow for setting text size / zoom level defaults. The text is too small in HipChat and if we could just save a larger default view size it would help tremendously. We should be able to set these sizes easily. Second, the app MUST shorten its name. Having such a long name in the app itself is silly and takes a lot of the menubar. "One Chat" would be fine there! Third, please enable spellchecking in the text input by default. Don't make us turn that on. It's silly to not have spell checking right away when you use a messaging app on macOS. Fourth, please support multiple Gmail accounts. That would help a lot. I realize that this is a "chat" app, but still, the other guys in your market are doing it and your current user interface with regards to the right hand side is SO much better than Rambox and Franz that I don't really like using them anymore. Finally, it would probably be a good idea to look at some of the native apps and try to emulate their menubars and behavior. Check out HipChat's native app. There are some things that you might be able to capture from the menubar in that app that could help a good bit. Generally just try to make this seem as native as possible. Rambox and Franz are really falling down right now and there's a prime opportunity if you fix a few of those issues above and generally refine the user experience.
