Convenient with Responsive Support - Not only is OneChat very convenient, since I use most of the supported chat apps and now only have one app open instead of eight, when I made a feature request for additional accounts for one service (I have several Slack accounts), they responded promptly and described some of the upcoming features. I had a very pleasant exchange with Bharath, the support tech, and I am looking forward to many years of use with this app. I strongly recommend this app. It just seems to get substantially better with each release.

No - This is not a real native desktop client for these networks. It is basically a wrapper app over websites. Very bad.

Remove Gif Feature - Love this app, but please create an option to hide the annoying gif feature in the bottom right.

Version 3.4
Review by FriendRon

OneChat is an essential tool for me - I’ve been using OneChat for several versions and it really does get better with each version. I have never had the problem of having accounts or message threads disappear and I have it start on login and use it many times throughout my day. I have a bunch of different social media accounts that I have to have open for work purposes, plus my own personal stuff. For instance, I have 8 different Slack channels that I have to monitor for client requests. I’m constantly getting personal messages through Messenger and WhatsApp, and the occasional Google HangOut. And then there is Twitter. OneChat supports services I don’t use, but if I have reason to use them, I’m really glad they are there. Having more than I need isn’t a problem, because If I don’t have an account set up, they don’t appear. But the biggest reason I give OneChat a 5 star rating is their customer support. Not only is OneChat very convenient, but when I made a feature request, they responded promptly and described some of the upcoming features. I had a very pleasant exchange with Bharath, the support tech, and I am looking forward to many years of use with this app. I strongly recommend this app. It just gets substantially better with each release.

Lulu - For the most part…the program is good and holds GREAT promise! I will say however, I have on several occasions lost messages of great importance! They just vanished! As a result, I REFUSED to trust the program again and I simply used email or made a call! IF the programmers can figure out why messages get lost and find a way to keep this from happening, then I will continue to support the software. I am patient and I do have hope this bundling program works! Life would be so much easier for all of us! On the other side of this feed back let me say, if you cannot fix this problem, then offer your goods for free, because we all know, there are other programmers watching and they will deliver a flawless program. I just know it!
