Convenient with Responsive Support - Not only is OneChat very convenient, since I use most of the supported chat apps and now only have one app open instead of eight, when I made a feature request for additional accounts for one service (I have several Slack accounts), they responded promptly and described some of the upcoming features. I had a very pleasant exchange with Bharath, the support tech, and I am looking forward to many years of use with this app. I strongly recommend this app. It just seems to get substantially better with each release.

No - This is not a real native desktop client for these networks. It is basically a wrapper app over websites. Very bad.

Good but has a bug - I’ve used this app on & off for several versions. The one bug that never get fixed is the multiple account issue. If you have several Hangout or Slack accounts the application will not remember the second account login information. Every time you start the application, you must re-enter the user name and password. I’ve contacted the creater of the application and told them of the issue and with every update i think they would address this bug, but no it’s still there. New features great but why not fix this bug, it make using this app a pain

needs a lot of work - i bought this app because i thought it would have way more features than a free app like franz. but i was disappointed with what it offers. i mean there is no option to send voice notes from fb messenger or WhatsApp which is supposed to be a basic feature in an app like that. notifications don’t work in fb messenger as well. i only get a sound when a message arrives but no badge to notify me of an unread message although it works fine in WhatsApp please fix this developers

Good but could be much better - I used Franz before but I was attracted by the OneChat's UI and I was hoping that by being a paid app it would have better usability and stability. Though I like the facetime audio and such, there are three things that really prevent me from giving 5 stars to this product. I hope developers are listening and hopefully consider this for the future: - A shortcut to place the cursor in the chat window: Sometimes I click on the oneChat window and expect to be able to start typing right away. Only to be annoyed by the "not allowed" sound because the focus is somewhere else. Why not have a shortcut to quickly fix this? or better yet, why not put the focus on the chat automatically? Right now I need two clicks to start chatting: one to select oneChat and one to position the cursor in the right place. - Why add the same service as a different type of tab? I cannot choose the correct skype account immediately but instead, I have to click on Skype, then click on the account, then click to position the cursor. Why not add it as another icon en the left sidebar? There's plenty of space there! - Why can't I paste images from the clipboard into the chat? This is possible in Franz but not here. Why? this is so convenient!
