ODAT Tracker also includes daily deals from the following merchants:

• Backcountry

• evo
• gearSlash
• GearTrade
• gearX

• Moosejaw
• Mountains Plus
• Patagonia
• Peter Glenn
• Quicksilver
• Realcyclist
• Red Tag Sports
• Roxy
• Sierra Trading Post
• Ski Center
• Tahoe Mountain Sports
• Trail Blazer
• TriVillage

ODAT Tracker was reinvented from the ground up for OS X 10.7-10.9, but also runs on Mac OS X 10.6. The app allows you to choose which sites you want to follow, and will automatically update with new deals as they go live. You can set keywords to fine tune deal alerts, and choose to have deal windows pop forward on the screen and fade back off. Use Notification Center on OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) and 10.9 (Mavericks) to receive alerts directly from the OS. Tap any deal to go directly to the merchant's site and make a purchase. ODAT Tracker makes it easy to stay on top of all the ODAT sites and daily deals at once!

iPhone, iPod, and iPad users, be sure to check out ODAT Tracker in the iTunes App Store.

Release Notes:

Removed inactive merchants, updated settings, and modified window-popping behavior.

Great App... Even Better Support! - This app does exactly what it says. Developers are actively adding new sites to it. Only one critique and I can't stress enough on the fact that this is a critique, NOT a problem or a bug or anything of that nature, the app works flawlessly. It would simply be nice to have the ODAT windows go away completely when the app is using the OS's native notification center. That being said, I've contacted the developers and it sounds like this will be a feature in the next version. Emphasis on the word, "feature" as again, nothings broke or needing to be fixed. It would simply be added functionality to an almost perfect app. On a side note, I contacted the developers and they responded to me that evening. I never had to wait more than a few moments for them to reply back. I find it refreshing to receive such top-notch support from developers giving away a free application. Hats off to Hunter Research and Technology, keep up the good work.

So outdated that its primary websites no longer work. - Don’t bother. This app’s primary purpose is to monitor Department of Goods’ sites. Unfortunately, Department of Goods no longer exists. When you click on of the the “Recent ODAT Deals,” your browser is redirected and no deals are shown. In the year and a half since this app has been released, there are other inactive links. The developer should make an effort to bring this app up to date, or Apple should remove it from the App Store.
