MyAccounts is an accounting application intended for personal use. It enables users to take their personal banking transactions, categorize them and create reports based on expected income and expenditures (budgets).

A key feature of MyAccounts is its simple interface. All information is made available in one window with panels making navigation simple and easy.

A special emphasis of this application is to make data entry easier by shortcuts. These include predefined transactions and regular monthly transactions. Another popular feature is its ability to use QIF or OFX transaction downloads from your bank. These are easily categorized by "remembering" previously entered similar transactions.

Release Notes:

Adds features to make manual entry of transactions easier - automatic incrementing/decrementing month values based on day values. Also last insertion date is remembered in the account file. Minor errors fixed.

Simple, Straightforward & Evolving - I've wanted something that would allow me to simply make and track a budget. I'm semi-retired and wanted simple. Most applications that I've tried are such overkill, require so much work and don't really track budgets well. I bought the very first version because I liked the layout that was pretty straightforward and simple. I confess that there were a few things missing that might have been a deal breaker, but I found the developer to be very responsive. I can now import information from my credit union and I can get a reverse sort to match what I see when comparing to my account online. It has been a great experience being a small part of an evolving and useful product. I recommend taking a serious look at the latest version of this little gem of an APP. Bill

Not worth it - I'm sorry I bought it. It's too difficult to enter data, doesn't do what I want it to and I stopped using it after the second day.
