Controls not found... - Problem with this game is that the controls are hidden. I tried looking for them and came up with nothing. It's hard to steer the bike. Graphics are OK. All in all, wouldn't waste the money on this game.
More Reviews for Current Version
Your experience may vary - Before I begin, regarding the review that says "the controls are hidden": the controls are the very first thing you see before the game even starts. When you launch the program, it takes you to a dialog box with two buttons: "Graphics" and "Input". It defaults on start-up to "Graphics" but by clicking "Input" it will show you every control in the game and let you customize it however you want. I bought Moto Racer 15th Anniversary because I can't count how many hours I put into the original Moto Racer. For me, this was a nostalgia purchase. If you've never played Moto Racer before, I'd say look elsewhere for a racing game. The graphics are extremely dated (I don't think they were updated at all). For me, I don't really mind because like I said, I'm going for the nostalgia factor. I only played the first Moto Racer, not the sequels; and it's not looking like any of the tracks from the original game are in this unfortunately, seeing as that was what I was hoping for. Had I known that, I wouldn't have bought it at all but it's still Moto Racer so I'll still mess around with it. $12 is a bit steep though. Maybe down the line they'll put more tracks in but I'm going to say that's wishful thinking on my part. Feels like a rushed port just to capitalize on the anniversary.
