Absolutley terrible for a file manager - This program hardly manages anything. It reminds me of the old file manager of windows 3.1 back in the early 90's. Basically all it does is display the contents of a folder. Take a hard look at where programs are headed these days on almost all platforms. Menu's are being integrated with the mouse or a context menu. Who wants to browse through menu pulldowns to find a command or press a key on the keyboard… no one. Unless it is a special user defined function the keyboard becomes useful. It is really sad that Apple can't come up with a descent file manager to replace Finder. The default finder program in OSX is just one step up from this program I am reviewing.

Obvious stuff simply isn't working - Guys, it's a nice start but more stuff that should be working simply isn't. I have high hopes for this being a pretty good file manager but you need to get the basics solid. One example, clicking or double clicking on a directory should then open that directory so we can work in that directory. That simply didn't work. It appears this is based on an open source file manager that works solidly on these basic operations so, nice start but the basics should be there.

Failure as an FTP client - FTP client is incapable of changing to binary mode. Which means you can only transfer text files. It won't even see image files on the remote host.
